Welcome to the episode in which we use the magic of editing to try and make me and Anthony look badass. Foot soldier costumes designed and created by Ashley Davis, QUEEN of laser ball. And then of course the score is by the enigmatic Danny Baranowsky. Hope you like it. We thought it turned out all right.
Anthony and Ash Burch and Ashley Davis and Justin Yngelmo are writers and game critics who make surreal videos in their spare time (or adorable ones, in Ashley's case). The videos aren't that bad.
Anthony, former features editor for Destructoid and creator of the Rev Rants series (now defunct) currently works at Gearbox Software and co-stars in Anthony Saves the World on The Escapist.
Ash acts in other crap, like the feature-length film Must Come Down, and maintains the blog How Games Saved My Life.
Davis likes to draw Pokémon and under appreciated video game characters on nomarios. She used to do Once Upon a Pixel, which aired on Gametrailers.
Justin constantly shoots web video for everywhere. He's developing a personal website right now.

i expected the season finale to have some sort of real effort like the other finales and HOLY SHIT!!! by far the best one you guys have done! it was cool seeing you guys doing some fighting and the twist ending was great! but if you let davis die im going to fucking murder you!
I literally stood up and did the “BOOSH BOOSH BOOSH” thing immediately after Blavis got shot.
Still totes doglove for major blavester though, just thought it would be fitting.

You guys have gotten much better at the fight choreography and editing. It used to be kinda painful, if still funny, but this was legitimately fun to watch. I also like how you apparently listened to complaints about blavis and took that to mean “let’s kill her off Joss style.” If only the blavis blood had splattered onto anthony…
Might not be in the majority here, but I’d love to see hawp go dark on us, since I miss Anthony Saves the World.

Oh and nice touch with the sink shot, I don’t know what i was expecting before it started with a 4 minute plus run time but 10 points to the editing and fighting
Okay, I think it shows just how much of a little bitch that I am that I actually teared up a little seeing Anthony crying over Blavis ; n ;
Also my friend got me the first season on DVD and it was so awesome I bought the second one yesterday
And now that the third season is reaching a conclusion I get to buy that one too~~~~

I think. However, i kinda think after anthony “killed” him, they switched him with the other foot soldier, so that ash was interrogating grant.

I really liked this! Usually I don’t go for action-fighty things and big-finale-y things but this was actually brilliant and super well done.

Not related, but I liked the sloppy grin Anthony gives when he opens the microwave door. Made me chuckle, especially when he gets hit by said door. I am easily pleased.

… I saw it coming a mile off. “We’re gonna kill ashley(/ashly)” I saw it coming all season. I KNEW the twist was gonna be the running joke of “the other ashley/ashly dumbass”. I knew we were gonna have a main character death. I knew you were gonna pull of a finale that was gonna block-rock it…
I knew all that, and I still teared up like a little bitch when Davis took a bullet… Damn you Anthony for exploiting the cuteness of your wife!

I’m perfectly happy for my surrealist humour, drama, character arcs, quiet under-plot, video game jokes and trope trolling all being in one great melting pot.

on a less serious note, at about 3:30 you can see a container with some of the fake blood used on Ash Davis on the table to the left.
