Anyway, the new episode is up, and — surprisingly — people really seem to like it. As I said at PAX, we really have no idea which episodes people are going to enjoy and which they aren’t. Given how dialogue-heavy and visually unspectacular the episode is (not to mention how its poorly hidden pro-gay rights agenda), I fully expected the GameTrailers crowd to meet it with hostility or indifference.
I’m glad to be proven wrong.

Loved it. What really did it for me was the news posts on Destructoid.

I love that Papa Burch was the one writing, too. Like he heard this in the next room and immediately made a story out of it, choosing the ugliest picture of Anthony he could for the image.
Oh, and it is, to coin a term, SUPER AWESOME that you used my 15-minutes-of-Paint.NET fan “”"”"art”"”"” (did the quotes get the message across? Good.) for the image for this story.
Lastly, loved the HAWP. Don’t wanna be that guy, or anything, but I WAS the first Digg. Out of like 7 last time I checked.

First time posting. Just wanted to do a little fanboy gushing here. HAWP is smart, hilarious, inventive and surreal. Ash is my new favorite gaming hotty. Anthony has turned me on to some awesome indie games, plus we share a love/fascination with FarCry 2. Keep it up, guys. xoxoxo

He’s always at the ready to do something awesome and bash his children at the same time!
You know, I was really impressed you guys put this up on gametrailers, considering how intolerant the commenters can be. But you kept it funny and stuck with the message. Wouldn’t expect any less from you two.
And Well, at the end of the subject.
Anthony; Wich is your real perspective at this?. As you well we know, it is justified – at certain point- to reject the Orson Card’s work; for example it could be hypocrate to support an autor, who is againts something that we could consider that is right -In this case, the homosexual people’s rights-.
But in this particular situation and lets be really honest; the plot on Shadow Complex it is indeed really really awful, almost inexistent; So, the game itself, could not be considered homophobic or ultraconservative…or even with a clear opinion on any subject.
On the other hand, I must think that Card it is getting some royalties because it is based -in a symbolical way, it is almost a Chair’s pretext to get some support- uppon his intellectual work.
It is indeed and strange ethical situation. I bought the game, and I really liked it, I am almost sure that the plot, concept, design, etc are work from Chair; I am saying this, because if we look at Undertow, we will find the same style of design, and the same dull plot.
Chair somehow, needed support, and they got it -I presume- from a person, who we could consider “of questionable criterion”. That it was Chair’s mistake ¿?.
As far I know, Chair it is a small studio, that needed support from Epic, and I asume, from Orson Scott Card.They asked him?, He offered to support – economical or intelectual- them?.
I Think the answer of those questions change a lot the perspective of the subject.

Anothr quality HAWP episode. Didn’t know all that about Orson Scott Card, gutted. He’s one of my favourite authors (ender series <3 ). Damn it, I bought Ender's Game 3 or 4 times for different mates! I'm single handedly funding his homophobe empire.
