In case you don’t know, Once Upon a Pixel is HAWP’s spinoff series that retells known videogame stories in interesting and wacky ways. This week’s episode is basically a retelling of the Prinny mythos from Disgaea, except framed as a Public Service Announcement.
It’s pretty cute.
Anthony and Ashly Burch are writers and game critics who make surreal videos in their spare time. The videos aren't that bad.

Maybe this episode is about Anthony’s slow descent into madness. A precious family heirloom is stolen, his wife leaves him for someone else, a loved one is shot. He blames it all on some magical being, as he can’t comprehend humanity being so cruel. Then he blows himself up in Times Square because of crazy.
Or this is just some silly Internet video about video games and magic penguins.
Either theory works, I suppose.
It was kinda short, but cool anyways.
Don’t know why the prinnies became so famous.

The movie director that will direct Ash (the sister) appears in a parody of Twilight. He appears at 00:41. The video itself is not good lol.

I agree the video was short. Tough, I can understand Blavis not having time to animate a Toy Story size epic with all the marrying and he moving. But, this crazy idea the Burch family has gotten that shorter videos are better is just that, crazy. Gimme more!
