We did something like this on a school trip right before Summer.
There were 2 teams. The "Ops" and the "Terrorists."
The Terrorists had: a Vulcun, 2 battery powered guns, and a Long Strike.
The Ops (My team) had: a Mavrick and two 5shooter pistols.
Terrorists held a glass pavalion. The Ops' job was to take over the building with as few kills and deaths as possible.
One head shot, two stomache shots, and four limb shots were death.
Human shields or hostages were allowed, if you could hold them, and get to them without being killed.
What this became?
Halfway through the Ops' planning, it started storming. Hard.
I, and my two other teammates groaned. We could hear the Terrorists laughing at us. We waited, and hid behind picnic tables, wooden posts, and bicycle racks outside. Soon, my friend stated we needed to use fear as a tactict.
So, here's the part which I'm sure Anthony will LOVE
We went onto the nearby gravel road, all three of us lined up, but in complete darkness. Our idea was they will see us, get freaked out cause we were aiming out weapons at them, and fire with the doors open, while we charge at them.
Instead, as soon as we lined up
Lightning striked behind us, causing us to become clearly visible for a half-second. The leader of the Terrorists, Derek, stook his head out the door to see us at the exact same time. When he saw us, in our awesome poses, clearly lit up, infront of lightning, he screamed, slammed the door, and warned them we were about to invade, in a squeaky-hoarse voice, due to screaming.
I'd like to say after this moment of badassness that we stormed in, took them all hostage, and won.
I'd like to say we atleast went in and shot all of them down, without a fight.
It was a long battle, full of hostages, screaming, and almost parkour moves dogding bullets and jumping over tables. In the end, one "Op" and 2 "Terrorists" were left. The Op retreated. We figuratively died for nothing. The "Ops" lost that night.
But we went like badasses.

This is how i do nerf wars
Each weapon does different damage
Pistol- 1
rifle-2
heavy-4
chest shots deal 1 extra damage, head shot is an insta kill.
Everyone starts with a pistol and other weapons are scattered around as well as ammo.
Each team has a medic who can tie a white strip of fabric on a dead teammate to bring them back. He can heal 3 times ( withe 3 white strips) They can find extra strips all over.
Each team has a mission -capture the flag, destroy the artillery base, assasinate a target, defuse/protect a bomb, or simply a death match.

I was going to say what Mykul said, but rather than no ammo, which would be likely chaos, make it only one or two bullets at the very start.
